WiOS Cloud is Indio's cloud platform for managing multiple WiFi venues from a single console. It provides hotspot management features like captive portal, user authentication, policy management, billing and many other functions. It is designed to work with all the major WiFi vendors.
Indio offers wide selection of WiFi access points ranging for both indoor and outdoor deployments. All our access points are fully managed through cloud or on-premise controller. They can be also managed and configured through web admin interface. All APs supports hotspot and advanced RRM functions.

Yes, WiOS Cloud is compatible with controllers from all major vendors like Cisco, Commscope(Ruckus), Aruba, Cambium, Mikrotik, Meraki, Cradlepoint and many others. For detailed list, please refer to our knowledge base.
MobiMax 4G routers use 4G/LTE for backhaul. The come with complete management functions like regular access points. Addditionally they provide single/dual SIM LTE modems for Internet connectivity. They can be deployed in places where you can't get broadband or fiber connectivity.
All our products come with one year free remote support. Our support team helps you in configuring the products and are available for any technical issues that arise during the support period. You can purchase extended support after one year.
