Bangalore, India – 2025 – Indio Networks successfully completed the nine-month Stanford
SEED Program, a globally recognized leadership and business transformation initiative
offered by the Stanford Graduate School of Business. The program is designed to help
high-growth companies in emerging markets build strong leadership capabilities and
scalable business foundations.
Over the course of the program, Team Indio, including team leads and managers from
Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Logistics, and Finance, actively participated in an
intensive curriculum that combined executive education, leadership coaching, peer
learning, and practical implementation. Their collective contributions and
cross-functional insights played a crucial role in shaping the company’s transformation
journey.
The program enabled each department to re-evaluate and evolve its operational
approach, fostering stronger alignment, clearer accountability, and more structured
execution across the organization. This cross-functional engagement helped embed
strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making deeper into day-to-day operations.
“Completing the Stanford SEED Program was an important milestone for our leadership
team,” said Rishikesh Ghare, CEO. “The collaborative involvement of leaders across
functions helped us drive meaningful change and build a stronger foundation for scalable
and sustainable growth.”
The experience also connected the team with a global network of founders, academic
experts, and industry leaders, offering valuable perspectives on navigating growth
challenges in the digital infrastructure and connectivity ecosystem.
